If you order as a logged-in customer, you will find the voucher in your customer account under the “Voucher” tab. Here you can then select a design and print out the voucher.
If you order the voucher as a guest, i.e. without logging in, you will then receive an email with your download link. Here too, you can then select a design and print the voucher.
Finally, fold the voucher accordingly and your gift is ready.
