You’re a season ticket holder but unable to attend a Wolves home game? Put your seat up for sale via the VfL Ticket Exchange Service!
The Ticket Exchange Service enables all VfL Wolfsburg season ticket holders to resell their seats for individual home matches, allowing other VfL supporters to get their hands on a ticket for a Wolves game at the Volkswagen Arena. In exchange for every ticket sold, season ticket holders will receive one-seventeenth of the total season ticket price.
As soon as a game goes on sale, the following symbol appears next to the “purchase ticket“ button and “match information" section:
Here’s how it works
Register your personal account at www.vfl-wolfsburg.de and simply select the game for which you wish to resell a ticket. Please note that this service will only become available after tickets for the Bundesliga fixture in question have officially gone on sale. After entering the ticket number and reservation number of your season ticket, it won’t be long before your seat is officially up for sale in our Online Ticket Shop and all other official sales points.
As soon as someone has purchased your seat, your season ticket will be blocked for the match in question and we will issue the buyer with an individual matchday ticket. You will receive confirmation of this via email.
Advantages of the VfL Ticket Exchange Service
VfL Wolfsburg are responsible for completing the exchange process. The season ticket holder will receive one-seventeenth of the total season ticket price (a five per cent processing fee applies), either via bank transfer or in the form of a voucher, which can be redeemed at VfL club shops (for fan merchandise and match tickets only).
As buyers are issued with an individual matchday ticket, there is no need to hand over your season ticket to anyone. As long as your seat remains up for sale, you can withdraw from the exchange process at any time via the “My VfL“ area of the website.
