These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the GTC) apply to the purchase of tickets for guided tours of the Volkswagen Arena and the AOK Stadium through any sales outlet, including, but not limited to, the online ticket shop and the Vfl-FanShop. The contractual partner in each case is VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH, In den Allerwiesen 1, 38446 Wolfsburg (hereinafter: VfL Wolfsburg).
These GTC apply exclusively. Any deviating, conflicting, or supplementary general terms and conditions of the customer shall only become part of the contract if and to the extent that VfL Wolfsburg has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
2. Contract Content: Arena and Stadium Tours
VfL Wolfsburg offers tours outside match operations and on matchdays, bookable by individuals and groups.

Stadium regulations apply; acceptance upon entry. Available at the venue or on vfl-wolfsburg.de.
Club staff, police, and security instructions must always be followed.
Minors under 14 must be supervised. Group supervisors are liable for any damages.
No animals allowed, except certified assistance dogs (per §12e BGG) with ID and liability insurance.
Private use of photos/videos is permitted. Commercial use is prohibited.
Participants must be physically fit; accessible tours are available but limited in scope.
Sections of the stadium may be blocked. No refund entitlement in these cases.
3. Special Access Conditions
Additional legal/hygiene-based requirements may be imposed.
VfL Wolfsburg may verify and enforce compliance.
Potential requirements:
Face masks, distancing, hygiene rules
Adjusted group sizes, delays
Data processing: contact details and health status per GDPR & BDSG
Customers may cancel if access conditions change after ticket purchase. Fees non-refundable.
Ticket holders accept infection risks and must stay informed: Hygiene Info.
4. Contract, Payment, Ownership, Cancellation
Contract arises at ticket delivery or order confirmation.
Online orders require password protection. Customer liable for misuse.
Print@home: one copy only. Damaged or copied tickets are invalid. Replacement ticket €5.
SEPA: advance notification. Costs for failed transactions borne by customer.
Invoice: due within 10 days or before event.
Tickets valid once, on-time only. No replacement or refund for missed/lost tours.
Group bookings (15+): phone/email inquiry → written offer → return signed offer → invoice due in 10 days.
Discounts only with valid proof at time of purchase. No refunds for missing/invalid proof.
5. Right of Withdrawal by the Customer
No statutory right per §312g II No. 9 BGB. VfL Wolfsburg grants voluntary 14-day withdrawal right, but no later than 5 days before the event. Written notice and ticket return (if applicable) required. Refund includes ticket price only.
6. Right of Withdrawal by VfL Wolfsburg
Force majeure or unavoidable obstacles
Event conflicts with matches (Bundesliga, cups, internationals, etc.)
Other major events (concerts, presentations)
Written withdrawal notice. No damage claims allowed.
