For security reasons, bags and backpacks are not permitted during arena tours. Bags up to A4 size are allowed.
Before the tour, our guides can store luggage in a small locked room. VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH accepts no liability for stored items. Luggage storage is not available during Matchday Tours.
Yes. There are several opportunities to use the restroom during the tour.
Yes, you're welcome to take photos during the tour.
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on our arena tours. Certified assistance dogs are exempt from this restriction.

Group tours are also available in English and Japanese, subject to prior arrangement and guide availability.
Food and beverages are not available for purchase during the tour.
Public Arena Tours
Public arena tours take place Tuesday through Saturday at 14:00 CET. Unfortunately, tours cannot take place on home matchdays at the Volkswagen Arena or on the day before a home match. We will provide information about any cancellations on our website.
Yes. Tickets can be booked online. Alternatively, you can reserve your spot by emailing arenafuehrung@vfl-wolfsburg.de. Payment can then be made at the VfL Fan Shop by cash, debit card or credit card.

Group Tours
Group Tours are available for groups of 15 people or more, or with a minimum booking value of €135.
Absolutely! Your group can also enjoy a game of soccer at our indoor soccer facility, the VfL Bolzwerk. In addition, our Events team offers a variety of spaces for seminars, presentations and conferences. Just get in touch with us and we'll be happy to put together a customized package for your group!
Matchday Tours
Matchday Tours are available for all men's and women's home matches at the Volkswagen Arena. Each Matchday Tour starts four hours before kick-off. The meeting point is in front of the VfL Fan Shop.
Online booking is recommended to secure your place on the tour. Any remaining tickets for Matchday Tours can be purchased at the VfL Fan Shop on the day, subject to availability. Payment can be made by cash or card.
Kids' Tours
Kids' Tours are designed for children of kindergarten and elementary school age.
Yes, this is generally possible. However, the WölfiClub also offers complete birthday packages featuring a treasure hunt through the arena followed by pizza together. You can find all the information here.
Yes. An appearance by Wölfi can be added to your booking for €60.
